Key Responsibilities
Lead high-impact Lending initiatives end-to-end, from strategic design through to execution and continuous improvement
Contribute to the definition and execution of strategic priorities for both the team and the overall Lending segment
Build data-driven business cases to evaluate the impact and feasibility of strategic initiatives and new products, including SQL deep dives and budget building
Oversee the full lifecycle of N26 Lending products, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis for continuous optimization
Analyze business performance to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and innovation
Monitor product and project performance using data and insights to drive informed decision-making
Develop deep expertise in the Lending segment, including its business KPIs, infrastructure, and operational processes
Act as the central point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
