Key Responsibilities
Serve as trusted advisor to the CEO on organizational design, hiring, talent management, and people matters
Implement organizational design across functions with functional leaders
Design and run performance management, calibration, and feedback cycles
Operationalize compensation framework tied to performance and outcomes
Manage health, retirement, PTO, and wellness programs
Build and maintain HR policies, handbooks, trainings, and compliance controls
Oversee employee records, contracts, and full employee lifecycle
Lead US recruiting and align India hiring with India HR leadership
Design onboarding, development, career pathing, and leadership capability programs
Champion recognition, internal communication, and engagement listening programs
Bring AI-forward thinking to workforce strategy and HR operations

We empower local loan originators to deliver best-fit, personalized mortgages from a vast network of lenders. Our feature-rich loan origination platform is mission-critical for the tens of thousands of originators who rely on it every day.
We are profitable and growing rapidly - currently ~45 employees in the US and 130+ engineers at our India subsidiary - and building the leadership team and organizational design that will carry ARIVE through its next phase of growth and scale.
