Key Responsibilities
Administer HRIS in Rippling, including employee records, workflows, onboarding automation, and data integrity.
Manage end-to-end onboarding, including pre-boarding, Day 1 coordination, and 30/60/90 day check-ins.
Administer benefits, including open enrollment, carrier coordination, and employee questions.
Ensure compliance with I-9 management, California and federal employment law, and required policy maintenance.
Coordinate visa and immigration processes in partnership with outside counsel.
Provide payroll support by acting as the first point of contact for employee questions and discrepancies.
Own culture and engagement initiatives, including pulse surveys and engagement check-ins.
Manage company policy ownership, including employee handbook, PTO policy, and code of conduct.
Manage job posting on careers page and LinkedIn, ensuring all listings include required ITAR and location language.
Coordinate interviews and post-interview roundtable discussions.
Serve as the primary point of contact and host for all onsite candidates, managing the candidate experience.
Manage the offer workflow end-to-end in Greenhouse, including routing for approval, generating offer letters, and tracking acceptance.
Support the Recruiting team in managing outreach agent briefs, monitoring sequence performance, and maintaining candidate data in Juicebox.
Maintain Greenhouse hygiene, including stage updates, candidate disposition, background check coordination, and pipeline reporting.
