- End-to-end technical health, reliability, support model, and roadmap for payroll and workforce management applications, including Infor WFM and UKG Payroll.
- Payroll technology strategy, architecture simplification, investment priorities, IT budgets, Agile funding, delivery governance, and vendor performance.
- Production issue management from intake through diagnosis, containment, correction, validation, communication, root cause analysis, and prevention.
