Owning the end-to-end delivery and ongoing management of the designated Data Intelligence products

Identifying product optimization opportunities through stakeholder feedback as well as data analytics, and designing appropriate solutions
Minimizing unplanned product discontinuation and operational downtime through fallback and redundancy options
Creating and maintaining high quality internal and external product documentation
Acting as the primary contact point for both internal stakeholders as well as clients concerning product support
