Key Responsibilities
Own client relationships and day-to-day communication with marketing teams
Set strategy, media plans, budgets, forecasts and KPIs across Paid Search and Paid Social
Plan, build and optimise campaigns and lead app activation from install to re-engagement
Run structured tests on bidding, audiences, creative and channel mix
Own measurement plans, conversion tracking, attribution and incrementality testing
Present monthly and quarterly reviews to clients' senior teams
Support new business pitches and create case studies and articles
Brief and oversee people and AI agents and enforce QA before launch

The role

We are building the agency of the future, and this role sits at the centre of it. At Heroiks MENA, media experts own the work end to end: they think, plan and activate.

As Senior Paid Media Consultant, you lead paid media for a portfolio of clients. You own the client relationship, set the strategy across Paid Search and Paid Social and answer for the results. You work within the paid media team, alongside our Programmatic, SEO and Measurement specialists.

This is a specialist role, not a generalist one. Expert command of Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X Ads and Microsoft Ads is non-negotiable.
