Tessolve is looking for a hands-on Lead Semiconductor Recruiter with 10+ years of experience to own and scale technical hiring across the US. This role is based out of San Jose, CA, Dallas, TX, or Tucson, AZ.

As a Lead Recruiter, you’ll own full-cycle hiring for niche semiconductor roles across multiple customers and geographies. You’ll sit at the intersection of customer demand, candidate market, and delivery, setting recruiting strategy and process standards while mentoring junior recruiters and driving fast, high-quality placements.
