Key Responsibilities

Proactively source and recruit top-performing US insurance affiliates (media buyers, comparison sites, email marketers) and digital influencers (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts)

Negotiate and structure payout models (CPA, CPL, CPC, RevShare, hybrid/flat-fee creator sponsorships) ensuring margin positivity

Onboard new partners from contract signing to live traffic, including tracking setup (pixels, postbacks, sub-IDs) and creative strategy alignment

Monitor daily traffic quality, conversion rates, and lead back-out metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure profitability for partners and InsuranceRevenue.com

Enforce compliance with US insurance marketing regulations, TCPA, FTC disclosure rules, and carrier-specific brand safety standards

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, nurturing relationships to scale test budgets into uncapped daily volume
