Key Responsibilities

Design and implement the experimentation platform enabling Picnic to run A/B tests for promotions, emails, and customer experiences without engineering dependency.

Collaborate with product owners and designers to define feature specifications, evaluate trade-offs, and shape the long-term vision for the platform.

Build and maintain a scalable, server-driven UI framework supporting both mobile (React Native) and web applications.

Drive technical improvements in the codebase, platform architecture, and team workflows proactively.

Ensure the platform enables business teams to control customer experience independently while maintaining performance and reliability.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, backend, analytics) to integrate experimentation features seamlessly.
