Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ and/or Rust code for trading and risk frameworks

Build and maintain technology connecting trading systems to exchanges, including market-data feeds and order routing

Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code

Collaborate closely with colleagues from other teams to refine requirements and deliver impactful solutions

Contribute to architectural decisions and system performance improvements

Support containerized deployments (Kubernetes) and production environments

Actively contribute to Agile ways of working, including Sprint Planning, Poker Estimations, and Retrospectives

As a C++ / Rust Developer in the Connectivity team, you will design and build high-performance systems around core trading and risk frameworks. Think of low-latency exchange connectivity, with future opportunities to explore FPGA-based solutions.
