Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design of core platform experiences, including onboarding, content discovery, training assignments, and AI-powered workflows

Define interaction models for complex systems like content metadata, training assignment logic, and cross-product orchestration

Translate technical architecture into intuitive, trustworthy user experiences and simplify complex workflows

Prototype AI-driven recommendations, automation, and agents using tools like Lovable, v0, and Figma Make

Partner with Product Management and Legal to design AI experiences within compliance guardrails

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence platform-level product decisions and drive business impact

Develop scalable design patterns for the company’s design system and measure UX hypotheses with data analytics

Work with User Research and Data teams to validate customer needs and optimize activation, retention, and expansion metrics
