Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for core platform experiences (onboarding, content discovery, training workflows, and AI-driven automation).

Translate complex technical architecture into intuitive, trustworthy user experiences across multi-product interfaces.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify user friction, design experiments, and drive measurable business outcomes (adoption, engagement, retention).

Extend the design system to support complex, multi-product experiences while maintaining consistency and scalability.

Partner with Product Management, Legal, and Data teams to ensure AI experiences comply with governance requirements and deliver value.

Facilitate workshops to define UX hypotheses, create prototypes (using Lovable/v0/Figma Make), and validate assumptions with user research.
