Key Highlights

Staff-level role reporting to VP of Product with full ownership of platform-level design and AI integration

Focus on core experiences: onboarding, content discovery, training assignments, and AI agent workflows

Drive rapid prototyping, experimentation, and data-driven design decisions with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize core platform experiences including onboarding, content discovery, training assignments, and AI agent workflows

Define interaction models for complex systems like content metadata, training assignment logic, and cross-product orchestration

Translate technical workflows into intuitive, efficient, and trustworthy user experiences for AI-driven features

Lead AI recommendation systems, intelligent automation, and AI agent design with clear user trust and usability

Collaborate with Product Management and Legal to design compliance-critical AI experiences within defined guardrails

Provide design leadership across platform initiatives and influence product decisions beyond immediate project scope

Partner with Data Analytics to monitor and improve activation, retention, and expansion metrics

Develop rapid prototypes using AI design tools (e.g., Lovable, Figma Make) and turn concepts into development-ready specs

Lead workshops with senior stakeholders to develop UX experiments, test hypotheses, and iterate based on results
