Elevate brand identity across all touchpoints (website, lifecycle emails, landing pages, and campaigns) for a cohesive experience

Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma in collaboration with engineering teams

Partner with Product and Engineering to scope, iterate, QA, and ship high-quality digital experiences

Collaborate with Marketing and Growth to translate brand and performance goals into data-driven design solutions

Ensure brand consistency across product and marketing surfaces, from first ad to redemption

Use analytics and A/B testing to inform design decisions that improve conversion and retention

Directly manage, mentor, and hire a small design team (4+ direct reports) with authority over team cohesion

Ensure the digital gift card experience feels clear, trustworthy, and delightful to millions of users
