Lead onboarding and activation flows that clearly communicate product value and drive first transactions

Shape retention strategies and communication moments to encourage repeat usage and long-term engagement

Develop and refine the Tabby+ subscription model as part of the broader customer journey

Collaborate with product teams to align fragmented product experiences and eliminate seams in the user flow

Work closely with Product Managers to define problems and translate them into customer- and business-aligned designs

Partner with UX Researchers to validate assumptions and with UX Writers to ensure clear value communication

Oversee design delivery with engineering teams, ensuring high-quality production-ready outputs
