Map customer OT/IT environments, plan data sources, tag structures, transformations, and security integrations

Root cause troubleshoot live production systems and document fixes in Solution Records, runbooks, and wiring guides

Bench-test hardware, validate full data flows (including failure recovery), and ensure quality before shipment

Collaborate with Cloud, Firmware, and Hardware teams to build and support custom solutions

Share technical knowledge with Support, Solution Consultants, and Hardware teams to empower self-service

Streamline repeat processes by building templates, scripts, and automation to improve efficiency

Participate in customer/prospect calls as the technical expert alongside Solution Consultants and Account Managers
