Own the demand generation strategy and the pipeline it produces, from messaging and positioning to channel mix

Oversee outbound operations by managing the email outbound agency and guiding the SDR on follow-up, messaging, and lead quality

Own LinkedIn outbound strategy, sequences, and targeting

Oversee performance marketing on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, including budget allocation, creative direction, testing, and results

Set up and maintain reporting in HubSpot for attribution, funnel conversion, cost per meeting, and channel performance

Work with Sales on qualification feedback to improve messaging and targeting

Coordinate with SEO and social teams to ensure organic, paid, and outbound efforts support each other

Build and manage partnerships that bring qualified buyers and strengthen positioning

Test new channels and offers, and stop what doesn't work
