Key Responsibilities

Find, test, and scale acquisition channels across paid search, paid social, SEO, referrals, partnerships, and distribution channels

Improve SEO and conversion on high-intent landing pages and listings

Work with the creative team on lifecycle campaigns including email, SMS, and push notifications

Run fast A/B tests across campaigns, landing pages, and product features using AI-assisted and no/low-code tools

Improve key mobile web flows for speed, Core Web Vitals, and ease of use

Set and own KPIs across the funnel including CAC, LTV, conversion, repeat bookings, and homeowner churn

Build dashboards and report results regularly

Work with Revenue Management to improve listing performance

Analyze markets and competition to identify new expansion opportunities

Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Guest Experience to set the growth roadmap

Automate tests and reporting to increase team speed
