Key Responsibilities

Design and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube to drive user sign-ups and spending

Test and optimize creative variations, audience targeting, and ad formats to maximize performance and reduce acquisition cost

Collaborate with product and design teams to improve landing pages, onboarding flows, lifecycle engagement, and referral programs

Build and maintain tracking, reporting, and measurement infrastructure (e.g., AppsFlyer, data warehouse) for campaign analysis

Allocate budgets dynamically based on performance data, ensuring high-ROI spend across regions and channels

Scale successful campaigns by hiring and training specialists as channels mature

Analyze cohort data, attribution models, and incrementality tests to refine strategies and avoid misleading insights
