Source active and passive talent via LinkedIn, job boards, technical communities, and referrals, building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles

Coordinate with external recruiters for specialized roles, reviewing candidates and advancing them through the hiring process

Maintain accurate candidate records in Ashby, schedule interviews, and ensure seamless communication with candidates and hiring managers

Partner with HR to transition selected candidates to offers and provide market insights to inform compensation decisions

Continuously improve recruiting processes and employer branding initiatives
