Key Responsibilities

Design and build APIs and backend infrastructure for AI agents to communicate, authenticate, and operate

Work across the full stack (~80% backend, ~20% frontend/other), including distributed systems, databases, and developer tooling

Proactively pitch ideas and drive product and growth thinking, not just execute tickets

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and support enterprise deployments

Write clear, maintainable code and documentation while processing high-volume data (e.g., hundreds of thousands of emails daily)
