Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability

Manage Active Directory, including user/group administration, authentication, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

Provision, configure, and optimize VMware vSphere/ESXi virtual machines and infrastructure

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks and improve efficiency

Plan and execute Windows Server upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernization projects

Coordinate patching, security updates, and maintenance activities while minimizing service disruption
