Build automation frameworks using Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, or Python to reduce manual effort

Review and approve technical changes, and represent the team in change advisory meetings

Mentor L1/L2 administrators and review their work

Communicate with client stakeholders on incidents, risks, and service improvement plans

Maintain architecture documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
