Collaborate with legal counsel and internal teams to plan and execute annual H-1B cap petitions, ensuring compliance and maximizing approvals

Serve as the primary immigration advisor for HR, Recruiting, and managers, providing clear guidance on sponsorship requirements and employee transitions

Monitor vendor service quality and maintain comprehensive employee immigration resources, including communications and documentation

Generate status reports for HR and Payroll, support internal audits, and assist with international transfers and remote work/digital nomad visa assessments
