Key Responsibilities

Improve the delivery methodology by identifying better ways to find, diagnose, and act on SEO/AEO performance opportunities.

Set and maintain delivery standards for deliverables, QA, and client communication.

Coach and train the team weekly using structured work, call, and communication reviews.

Manage performance and development through structured 1:1s, quarterly reviews, and individual development plans.

Own NRR and client health by reporting on retention, expansion, and account health.

Build the talent bench and hire well by creating a pipeline of capable analysts and strategists.

Build and improve the onboarding curriculum for new team members.

Sponsor product and workflow improvements by working with product and engineering teams.

About this role:

Type: Full-time
Location: Remote (we're Europe based but work with global clients)
Reports to: Co-founder
Compensation: $50k - $110K USD (or EUR/GBP equivalent) base salary, DOE. Quarterly bonus available.
