Key Responsibilities
Administer HRIS (Rippling) including employee records, workflows, and onboarding automation
Manage end-to-end onboarding: pre-boarding, Day 1 coordination, and 30/60/90-day check-ins with managers
Administer benefits including open enrollment, carrier coordination, and employee support
Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws, including I-9 management and ITAR documentation
Coordinate visa and immigration processes with outside counsel, including role documentation and case tracking
Serve as first point of contact for payroll discrepancies and ensure resolution
Own culture and engagement initiatives including pulse surveys and synthesis of results for leadership
Maintain employee handbook, PTO policy, code of conduct, and required postings
Manage job postings on careers page and LinkedIn with ITAR and location language
Coordinate all interview logistics including scheduling, roundtable discussions, and candidate experience
Own full offer workflow in Greenhouse including approval routing, offer letters, DocuSign, and acceptance tracking
Administer Juicebox recruiting tools including outreach agent briefs and sequence performance monitoring
Maintain Greenhouse hygiene including stage updates, candidate disposition, background checks via Checkr, and pipeline reporting
