Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance and manage benefits administration across all jurisdictions

Support employee relations casework (performance, probation, absence, flexible working) under HRBP guidance

Maintain HR policies, templates, and country handbooks, including UK visa sponsorship processes

Supervise 1-2 direct reports, prioritize workloads, and provide HR advisory support to managers

Support annual People calendar (performance reviews, engagement surveys, salary cycles)

Collaborate with Internal Recruiter on senior/high-complexity hiring processes

Technical Skills Required
