Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles (hardware, embedded/firmware, controls, mechanical design, robotics, software engineering)
Proactively source and engage passive candidates in aerospace, defense, and advanced motion/controls industries
Partner with engineering leadership to scope roles, define hiring criteria, and build niche talent pipelines
Manage candidate experience end-to-end, including screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing
Track and report on hiring metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill) while navigating defense-adjacent compliance
Technical Skills Required
Full-cycle technical recruiting Candidate sourcing and engagement ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
