Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, leave administration, and employment changes

Administer employee records and maintain data accuracy across HR systems (e.g., Rippling)

Build, maintain, and improve workflows and process automations in HRIS platforms

Coordinate employment documentation, contracts, policy acknowledgments, and compliance-related processes

Support immigration and visa administration in partnership with external counsel

Execute benefits, payroll, and compliance-related processes as needed

Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and requests
