The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant (Paid Search) to join a high-volume performance marketing agency managing paid search programs across a portfolio of clients — executing keyword research, launching and optimizing Google and Bing campaigns at scale, tracking keyword positions, and producing templated reports and dashboards. You’ll work within client-defined directives to keep campaigns optimized and reporting accurate, with a strong foundation in Google paid search and the Excel or Google Sheets fluency needed to handle bulk uploads as a core daily task.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Keyword Research & Tracking: Conduct targeted keyword research across brand and non-brand terms and track keyword positions on an ongoing basis.
• Campaign Launch & Optimization: Launch new Google and Bing campaigns and execute in-platform optimizations at scale per each client’s directives.
• Reporting & Dashboarding: Build and maintain templated reports and dashboards to surface campaign performance clearly and consistently for client and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Google Paid Search Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google paid search, including 1+ year with Google Ads Manager/Editor.
• Google Ads Platform Knowledge: Basic familiarity with Google Display, Google Tag Manager, and Google Shopping as part of a broader Google Ads ecosystem.
• Excel & Sheets Proficiency: Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills with comfort handling bulk uploads — this is a core daily task and a required proficiency for the role.

Bonus Points if:

• You have basic experience with Google Analytics, Ignite, or a similar analytics platform.
• You have experience with YouTube Ads or Microsoft Ads.
• You hold a Google Ads certification.
• You have experience with SEO.
