Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize digital experiences across key web platforms, ensuring content clarity, intuitive navigation, improved discoverability, and stronger customer engagement

Lead digital experience enhancement initiatives by planning, executing, measuring, and continuously improving website performance and customer journeys

Analyze customer behavior and digital performance data to identify friction points, conversion opportunities, and areas for experience improvement

Drive search optimization strategies across internal search platforms and external SEO/GEO channels to increase content visibility and product discoverability

Conduct keyword research, search performance analysis, and content optimization initiatives to improve targeted traffic and user engagement

Collaborate with search, product data, and content teams to enhance taxonomy, metadata quality, and overall digital content effectiveness

Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights using analytics platforms to measure engagement, conversion rates, and digital channel performance

Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to execute customer experience improvement programs and digital initiatives

Support account-based marketing and campaign strategies by optimizing landing pages, product pages, and user flows for target audiences

Monitor website performance and recommend continuous improvements through testing strategies such as A/B testing, content updates, and user interface enhancements
