Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor throughout the migration from single-tenant Infor to multi-tenant Infor CloudSuite.
Provide subject matter expertise across Infor GHR, Lawson S3 Payroll, Absence Management, and related HR/Payroll processes.
Evaluate and validate configuration decisions and recommendations provided by Infor implementation teams.
Advise stakeholders on best practices, design considerations, risks, and alternative approaches where appropriate.
Review and assess current-state HR and Payroll configurations to identify opportunities for optimization in the future-state environment.
Support business process decisions related to positions, work assignments, payroll processing, absence management, organizational structures, etc.
Assist with issue resolution and enhancement recommendations related to existing GHR and Absence Management functionality.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful migration outcomes and long-term platform sustainability.
Provide consulting-level guidance and leadership throughout project planning, design, testing, and go-live activities.
