Key Responsibilities

Own the strategy and execution of initiatives designed to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion across digital channels

Define and execute the global prospect conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy

Manage external CRO agency partnerships

Develop scalable templates, playbooks, and best practices to expand successful experiments across global markets

Lead the global referral growth strategy
