This role offers the opportunity to shape the market narrative for an innovative mental health platform serving organizations and employees worldwide. As a strategic product marketing leader, you will define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that differentiate complex healthcare solutions in a competitive market. You will act as a critical connector between product, clinical, sales, marketing, and executive teams to bring compelling stories to life. The role requires a strong point of view, exceptional storytelling ability, and experience translating complex solutions into clear business value. You will influence how customers, partners, and internal teams understand and engage with the platform’s unique approach to workplace well-being. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a remote-first, mission-driven environment focused on improving access to mental health support.

Accountabilities

The Director of Product Marketing will own the development and execution of product marketing strategy, ensuring the organization has clear, differentiated messaging and effective go-to-market programs. This role will lead market positioning, product launches, sales assets, and audience-focused narratives while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and maintain a strong market point of view based on customer insights, industry trends, clinical expertise, and competitive intelligence.
  • Translate complex healthcare and product concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with employers, buyers, partners, and members.
  • Own positioning and messaging frameworks across the full product and service portfolio.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products, services, and strategic initiatives from discovery through launch.

  • Create and maintain sales-facing marketing assets including pitch decks, solution overviews, competitive materials, one-pagers, and RFP content.
  • Develop competitive positioning strategies by analyzing market dynamics and identifying opportunities for differentiation.
  • Support solution packaging and architecture by defining value propositions, product tiers, and customer-facing messaging.
  • Ensure consistent communication across internal teams by acting as the steward of brand positioning and messaging quality.
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization and serve as a strategic marketing advisor rather than only a support function.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced product marketing leader who combines strategic thinking, storytelling expertise, and strong execution skills. They should have experience marketing complex B2B solutions and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while simplifying sophisticated concepts for diverse audiences.

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience developing positioning and messaging strategies for complex, multi-product B2B solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare, HR benefits, or related industries.
  • Strong ability to create compelling narratives, positioning documents, and strategic marketing frameworks.
  • Experience leading full go-to-market launch processes, from strategy development through execution and market rollout.
  • Demonstrated success creating sales enablement and customer-facing marketing materials that support revenue growth.
  • Ability to translate technical, clinical, or data-driven information into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Strong competitive analysis skills and the ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly collaborative, structured, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Ability to maintain ongoing U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship.
