Job Summary:
The role is responsible for researching, developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies across the Group. This role ensures that all HR policies are practical, consistent, compliant with applicable regulations, and aligned with the Company's business objectives while maintaining a balanced approach between employee interests and organizational needs.
The position works closely with multiple departments to support policy implementation, provide policy interpretation, conduct policy research and benchmarking, and continuously improve internal HR regulations and employee benefits.
This is a full-time position based in Dubai and requires relocation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Policy Research & Benchmarking
- Conduct market research and benchmarking on HR policies, employee benefits, and industry best practices across different countries.
- Research and analyze information related to airfare benefits, relocation packages, cost of living, employee welfare, and other HR-related policies.
- Collect, organize, and analyze market data to support policy development and business decisions.
- Prepare research reports and recommendations for policy improvements.
- Conduct policy benchmarking projects and market surveys as assigned.
2. HR Policy Development
- Draft, review, update, and maintain HR policies, regulations, employee handbooks, guidelines, and internal procedures.
- Participate in developing new HR policies to support business expansion and organizational growth.
- Periodically review existing policies to ensure they remain practical, effective, and aligned with business requirements.
- Ensure all policy documentation is clear, consistent, and professionally written.
3. Policy Administration & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies.
- Provide accurate guidance and interpretation of Company policies and internal regulations.
- Support departments in applying HR policies consistently and appropriately.
- Work closely with HR, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other business functions to resolve policy-related matters.

4. Policy Communication
- Prepare policy announcements, internal communications, FAQs, and implementation guidelines.
- Coordinate the rollout of new or revised policies across the organization.
- Ensure employees clearly understand company policies, benefits, and internal regulations.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect business requirements for policy development.
- Balance business objectives with employee experience when recommending policy improvements.
- Provide policy consultation to stakeholders whenever operational needs arise.
6. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Law is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in drafting, reviewing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies within a corporate environment is required.
- Experience in HR Policy, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Compliance is preferred.
- Experience working in multinational organizations is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication and business writing skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation abilities.

- Strong logical thinking with the ability to balance employee interests and company objectives.
