Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of key marketing projects across the organisation. This role will work closely with various teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule and budget.
Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among CRM, designers, marketing teams and external partners.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial parameters.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks and issues. Ensure that stakeholders' expectations are aligned with project goals.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet high standards of quality and performance, aligning with CoinPoker’s brand and customer expectations.
Post-Launch Review: Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project management methodologies, tools and processes within the organisation.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in the online gaming or tech industry. Experience with blockchain or cryptocurrency projects is a plus.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to senior management and stakeholders.
