Manage daily field marketing operations while maintaining a high-quality experience for customers and internal stakeholders
Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and related operational processes
Ensure marketing activities are delivered efficiently while adapting to changing business priorities

Accountabilities

As a Federal Field Marketing Manager, you will support the execution of field marketing programs and campaigns while ensuring seamless coordination between marketing, sales, and partner teams. Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced field marketing professional with strong event execution skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. You should be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote and fast-moving environment.

  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, regional marketing, or similar roles within B2B technology environments.
  • Experience supporting federal or public sector sales organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, event management platforms, Tableau, procurement systems, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
