Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise observability and event management strategies

Design and integrate modern observability and predictive analytics platforms

Apply AI and machine learning techniques to improve incident detection and resolution

Support event management improvements through automation and intelligent monitoring

Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and end users to align monitoring objectives

Evaluate, recommend, and integrate monitoring tools and platforms with existing enterprise systems

Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting frameworks

Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on using monitoring insights to improve reliability and efficiency

Contribute to monitoring and automation tool roadmaps by identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization
