Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Product Development Process (PDP) across Core and Experience product tracks, including process design, workflow stages, board management, and epic definitions

Align product development processes with product strategy, ensuring clear connections between strategic objectives, initiatives, and engineering epics

Establish consistent working practices across product divisions to foster alignment and trust among Product, Engineering, and leadership teams

Build, maintain, and operate process automation using Camunda 8, including source control, testing, monitoring, and integration maintenance

Design and implement agentic workflows using the organization’s orchestration platform to support internal product development activities

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve engineering operations, simplify workflows, and increase product development effectiveness

Combine hands-on technical execution with strategic process ownership to ensure practical, user-focused, and maintainable solutions
