ABOUT THE ROLE


Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Onboarding Specialist. This role focuses on coordinating the employee onboarding process, preparing new hire documentation, supporting orientation activities, maintaining accurate personnel records, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees in a fully remote environment.

COMPENSATION

WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

* 0–2 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, administration, customer service, or related roles

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS platforms

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment

* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
