This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager based in the United States.

Join a fast-growing SaaS environment where marketing directly influences revenue growth and customer success.

As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will lead integrated campaigns designed to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate business growth.

You will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, managing campaigns across multiple channels and optimizing performance through data-driven insights.

This role offers the opportunity to build scalable marketing systems, improve demand generation processes, and strengthen alignment between marketing and sales teams.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners to create impactful campaigns targeting business decision-makers and industry professionals.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketer who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys turning strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns focused on generating demand, qualified opportunities, and revenue growth.
  • Translate business objectives into coordinated campaign strategies across email, paid media, website, events, and sales outreach channels.
  • Own campaign execution from planning and asset creation through launch, optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Build, test, and manage marketing automation campaigns using HubSpot, including emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and automation processes.
  • Partner with lifecycle marketing teams to improve audience segmentation, targeting strategies, campaign timing, and lead nurturing activities.
  • Ensure campaign workflows, tracking, attribution, and reporting systems are accurately implemented and maintained.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Design, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to align messaging, goals, and execution plans.
  • Support sales teams with campaign insights, enablement resources, and strategies to improve follow-up and conversion.
  • Define and monitor campaign KPIs, including qualified leads, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and return on investment.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize messaging, channels, timing, and audience targeting through testing and data insights.
  • Maintain high standards for campaign data quality, attribution accuracy, and compliance with marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, integrated campaigns, or related marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing campaigns in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS marketing funnels, pipeline generation, revenue attribution, and performance metrics.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and aligning marketing activities with sales processes.
  • Proven ability to manage both strategic campaign planning and detailed execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across marketing, sales, and business teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable business impact rather than activity-based metrics alone.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, take ownership, and continuously improve marketing programs in a scaling organization.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $121,000 USD, plus equity opportunities and additional compensation eligibility.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility across the United States and Ontario, Canada.
  • Flexible work schedule designed to support productivity and work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including retirement plan matching.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a rapidly growing technology company.
  • Collaborative culture with a distributed team of talented professionals.
  • Opportunity to build and scale marketing programs that directly influence business growth.
