We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to support brand growth, client engagement, and marketing operations. This role combines content marketing, CRM management, marketing automation, vendor coordination, reporting, and process optimization.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of managing marketing initiatives while maintaining strong operational processes. This position offers significant ownership and the opportunity to contribute to scalable marketing systems and measurable business growth.


Responsibilities of the Role

  • Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Create, maintain, and manage content calendars.
  • Coordinate content production, editing, publishing, and repurposing across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Develop and execute email and SMS re-engagement campaigns for dormant leads.
  • Build audience segments and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Create campaigns designed to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Maintain and optimize marketing workflows within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analyze lead pipelines and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define reporting requirements and support marketing automation improvements.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement and refine marketing systems and processes.
  • Support client marketing initiatives, including nurture campaigns, retention programs, and referral strategies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Track marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.


Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing coordination.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
  • Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
