Job Description


This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful marketing initiatives within a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will play a key role in generating qualified leads, improving brand visibility, and supporting revenue growth through digital campaigns.

Working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams, you will help shape go-to-market initiatives and optimize marketing performance.

The position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys executing campaigns, analyzing results, and turning insights into measurable business outcomes.

You will own initiatives across content, social media, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation while contributing to a global growth strategy.

Accountabilities

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing revenue-focused marketing programs that increase brand awareness, generate qualified opportunities, and support customer acquisition. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple marketing channels.

  • Execute lead generation campaigns designed to increase qualified pipeline and support business growth objectives.
  • Support inbound and outbound marketing initiatives across digital, email, social, and web channels.
  • Partner with Sales teams to align campaigns with target audiences, customer segments, and revenue priorities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline metrics.
  • Manage social media execution, including LinkedIn strategy, content scheduling, and audience engagement.
  • Develop and distribute content including thought leadership materials, product messaging, customer stories, and marketing communications.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand presence across relevant channels.
  • Execute SEO initiatives, identify keyword opportunities, and support website optimization efforts.
  • Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Use marketing platforms such as HubSpot to launch campaigns, track performance, and maintain accurate marketing data.
  • Create reports and dashboards highlighting key marketing metrics, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and ongoing marketing improvements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing professional with experience driving digital campaigns, supporting lead generation efforts, and using data to improve marketing outcomes. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

  • 4-7+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, social media, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting or leading revenue-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, with SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales teams and supporting pipeline generation efforts.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, along with email marketing and content distribution.
  • Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools, website analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, and marketing reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in HR technology, payroll, PEO, fintech SaaS, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Previous experience in startup or high-growth environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to account-based marketing, lifecycle marketing, or managing external marketing resources is an advantage.
