Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the AI transformation strategy for the marketing function by aligning priorities with business objectives, executive sponsorship, and measurable outcomes

Analyze existing marketing workflows, identify operational challenges, and uncover opportunities where AI can significantly improve efficiency, scalability, and impact

Manage AI initiative intake by collecting ideas, requests, and challenges from teams while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities

Define success metrics, track progress, and evaluate the business impact of AI-driven initiatives

Lead adoption and change management efforts by creating communication channels, feedback loops, training opportunities, and internal communities that encourage AI usage

Build and coordinate a network of AI champions across marketing teams to promote knowledge sharing and extend AI adoption

Develop AI-powered solutions using no-code and low-code platforms, including building prototypes, configuring agents, and testing new workflows

Create and optimize AI agent instructions, workflows, and integrations to improve business processes

Configure AI tools and data connections while collaborating with technical teams to ensure secure and effective implementations

Manage the performance of AI solutions by monitoring usage, measuring outcomes, conducting evaluations, and continuously improving workflows

Partner with AI engineering teams to scale successful prototypes into sustainable solutions

Stay current with emerging AI technologies and continuously identify opportunities to replace outdated approaches with more effective solutions
