Key Responsibilities
Build and run paid campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X and Google Ads
Keep a close daily view of live campaign performance, making optimisation decisions based on agreed KPIs and media plan targets
Share practical recommendations and performance observations with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager
Research audience opportunities by platform, helping identify where and how to reach priority groups defined in launch plans
Manage retargeting audiences across advertising platforms, partnering with the compliance team to keep all data use aligned with GDPR requirements
Create clear, effective ad copy tailored to the tone and personality of each brand
Gather monthly performance and finance information, raise purchase orders and coordinate with Finance to meet submission deadlines
Help brief creative requirements into Creative Services, checking assets meet specifications and supporting delivery to advertising partners when needed
Review competitor launch activity to surface useful examples, category trends and opportunities for improvement
Track relevant platform updates that could influence campaign setup, billing processes or creative requirements
