Key Highlights
Design and implement interview coordination system within 60 days
Own ATS data integrity and recruiting analytics
Support HR programs including compensation cycles and benefits enrollment
Work with recruiters and hiring managers across global time zones
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end interview scheduling across all stages using Greenhouse and additional scheduling tools
Design and document the coordination operating model including intake process, SLAs, and calendar management standards
Serve as primary point of contact for candidates and interviewers managing rescheduling, cancellations, and time zone complexity
Support offer letter generation, onboarding documentation, and candidate-to-new-joiner transitions
Maintain data integrity across ATS and HRIS, running audits and reports to identify and close gaps
Partner with Human Resources department to take on additional HR responsibilities as priorities are defined

HR certification in progress or completed (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
Prior experience in high-growth or crypto/fintech environment
