We are searching for a Full-Time Recruiter for our AI research and technology client. In this position, you will build and own the recruiting function from the ground up, shaping hiring processes, sourcing exceptional talent, and partnering with leadership to scale a world-class team in one of the most exciting areas of frontier artificial intelligence. As Recruiter, you will:

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance and closing.
• Design and continuously improve hiring processes that create an exceptional candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and keep hiring moving quickly and efficiently.
• Partner with executive leadership on talent strategy, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified technical and non-technical talent.
• Build recruiting pipelines and help scale multiple teams from the ground up.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to drive process improvements.
• Champion the company's culture and employer brand throughout the hiring process.

Who we’re searching for / About you:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring top technical talent.
• Experience supporting high-growth organizations and rapidly scaling teams.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make sound decisions with limited information.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and a proactive, action-oriented recruiting approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Passion for building teams and contributing strategically to organizational growth.
• Interest in emerging AI technologies and enthusiasm for leveraging recruiting tools and systems.

Logistics

Salary: $180,000–$240,000 annually plus equity

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite, Full-Time)
