Key Responsibilities

Administer, deploy, and monitor cloud workloads across Microsoft Azure

Manage hybrid identity and access systems such as Azure Active Directory integration

Configure and maintain networking components including VNets, NSGs, VPN gateways, route tables, and security groups

Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022)

Implement backup, recovery, monitoring, and alerting solutions using tools such as Azure Monitor and Azure Backup

Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell and Infrastructure-as-Code tools

Administer core Microsoft infrastructure services including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and NTP

Monitor system performance, capacity, and cost optimization across hybrid infrastructure environments

Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) for infrastructure-related issues

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives

Maintain clear technical documentation covering system configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks

Participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 infrastructure availability and critical incident management
