Job Description


This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Production Marketing Manager based in Canada.

This is a high-impact, foundational marketing leadership role within a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment, focused on shaping how an emerging AI-native platform is positioned and understood in the market. You will be responsible for defining product messaging, driving go-to-market strategies, and building the Product Marketing function from the ground up. Acting as a key bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will ensure consistent storytelling and alignment across all revenue-facing teams. The role offers significant ownership, including the opportunity to influence category creation in the partner ecosystem and PRM space. You will operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where execution speed, clarity of communication, and strategic thinking are essential. Accountabilities

This role is responsible for building and leading the Product Marketing function while defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a rapidly evolving SaaS platform.

  • Define and refine product positioning, messaging frameworks, and overall market narrative.
  • Lead go-to-market and product launch strategies for new features, releases, and expansion initiatives.
  • Develop compelling sales enablement materials including pitch decks, playbooks, and training content.
  • Build customer-facing narratives such as case studies, ROI stories, and success frameworks.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market research across PRM, ecosystem, and partner-led growth platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment.
  • Define key Product Marketing success metrics including adoption, win rates, launch performance, and expansion impact.
  • Establish scalable frameworks to support the future growth of the Product Marketing organization.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience, with a proven ability to build and scale marketing functions in high-growth or early-stage environments.

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Proven experience building or leading Product Marketing in zero-to-one, early-stage, or hyper-growth companies.
  • Strong expertise in product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy development.
  • Hands-on experience leading product launches and enabling sales teams with high-impact materials.
  • Experience with partner ecosystems, PRM platforms, affiliate networks, or related go-to-market models.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to analyze and act on key metrics such as adoption, attribution, win/loss analysis, and launch performance.
  • Strong strategic thinking, storytelling ability, and execution-oriented mindset.
