This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce DevSecOps Engineer based in India.
This role focuses on driving end-to-end Salesforce DevSecOps practices, ensuring seamless CI/CD pipeline execution, environment stability, and secure release management across multiple Salesforce environments. You will play a key role in enabling efficient deployments, maintaining sandbox integrity, and supporting continuous improvement of DevOps processes. The position requires strong collaboration with technical delivery and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration of development and operational workflows. You will also act as a Salesforce champion, promoting best practices in automation, security, and governance. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, offering exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce release cycles, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments across environments
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins
- Handle sandbox management, including creation, refresh, and configuration alignment
- Execute deployment activities using Change Sets, ANT, Maven scripts, and metadata-based packaging (package.xml)
- Perform data operations including mass imports, data cleanup, validation, and ad-hoc reporting using Salesforce tools and APIs
- Conduct regular security, configuration, and data integrity audits across Salesforce environments
- Manage user lifecycle processes including setup, role assignment, and deactivation with proper ownership transfers
- Develop and maintain API scripts and support automation for deployment and data operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, run manual/automated jobs, and support business-critical operations

- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps, DevSecOps, or related Salesforce technical roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CI/CD, release management, and environment strategy
- Proficiency in Git, version control practices, and branching strategies
- Experience with Salesforce metadata management, package.xml, and deployment tools
- Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent CI/CD platforms
- Experience with Maven, YAML, and custom deployment scripting is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, SSO, and domain configuration
- Ability to perform data operations using Salesforce Data Loader, APIs, or CLI tools
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Access for reporting and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
