Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Salesforce release cycles ensuring smooth and reliable deployments across environments

Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins

Handle sandbox management including creation, refresh, and configuration alignment

Execute deployment activities using Change Sets, ANT, Maven scripts, and metadata-based packaging

Perform data operations including mass imports, cleanup, validation, and ad-hoc reporting

Conduct regular security, configuration, and data integrity audits across Salesforce environments

Manage user lifecycle processes including setup, role assignment, and deactivation with ownership transfers

Develop and maintain API scripts and support automation for deployment and data operations

Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and support business-critical operations
